My Favorite Keychain operates on a presale model. Because each keychain is custom made for you, it can take anywhere from 4 to 6 weeks to receive your keychain. If you have any questions about this, please contact us before placing your order as we do not offer returns or refunds unless an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- What is your return policy?
- Unfortunately, we’re not able to offer returns or refunds unless a keychain is damaged, defective, or incorrect in some way. If there is an issue with your order, please email us at email@example.com.
- Do you ship internationally?
- We ship to the US and Canada right now. We may be able to ship to other countries in the near future!
- Can I place a bulk order?
- Hell yes you can! Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with all the details and we’ll get back to you ASAP.

- Do you charge sales tax?
- If you're from Louisiana, we have good news and bad news. The good news is you'll get your order faster than most since we're in the same state. The bad news is that means we have to charge you sales tax. If you're anywhere else with in the US, you will not pay sales tax.
- Can I change my shipping address?
- While we can't make any guarantees, we will do our best to change your address as long as it's at least a week before your order has shipped. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with any address update requests.
